HOMEWARD is a sequence of work focusing on the transitory nature of personal growth and change. Each frame is treated as a cinematic view into a narrative of journey and discovery. The fantasy landscapes allow for multiple shifting environmental factors: the weather, season, and time of day change with each frame. The character undergoes her own changing actions, emotions, and relative scale between each piece. Read from right to left, the shape of the landscape replicates the flow of a winding road.
